Bilkent University Scholarships 2026-2027 are fully funded master’s and PhD scholarships for international students. Bilkent University PhD scholarship holders will get a 65,000 TL/month stipend, and Bilkent University graduate scholarship holders will get a 46,000 TL/month stipend.

The Bilkent University Scholarship will provide the recipient with the following benefits:
PhD Students
- Tuition waiver (950.000 TL/year for the Academic
Year 2025-2026) - Monthly stipend including housing support (total of 65,000 TL/month)
- Private health insurance
- A laptop computer
- Meal card
- Travel support (once a year, at a yearly-determined fixed amount) to attend scientific events
- The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM, by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/respected peer-reviewed conference
- 50% housing discount is available for students who do not have paid employment (applicable only to Ph.D. students)
MS students
- Tuition waiver (950.000 TL/year for the Academic
Year 2025-2026) - Monthly stipend including housing support (total of 46,000 TL/month)

Eligibility Criteria for the Bilkent University Scholarship
To qualify for the Bilkent University Scholarship, a candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- Required Language: English. TOEFL iBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 from each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
- Eligible Countries: All countries
- BSc graduates or MSc students need at least a 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
- If you are a Turkish citizen resident in Turkey, an ALES score of less than <55 (quantitative) is required.
- Otherwise, a GRE General Test score is required: 153 (quantitative). However, if you are off by a small margin and you have a strong background, we encourage you to apply.
