The UCL Access Opportunity Scholarship provides the recipient with the following benefits:
- The scholarship will consist of tuition fees and a living allowance of £13,762 per year for the normal duration of your program at UCL.
- Annual renewal of the scholarship is subject to satisfactory academic progress.
Eligibility Criteria for the UCL Access Opportunity Scholarship
To qualify for the UCL Access Opportunity Scholarship, a candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- Required Language: English
- Eligible Countries: All countries
- Hold an offer of admission to UCL to study a full-time undergraduate degree for the 2026/27 intake
- Be asylum seekers, children of asylum seekers, or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children who are seeking asylum in the UK, or forced migrants who are based in the UK and have been granted a temporary form of leave as a result of an asylum application or human rights application (e.g., limited leave to remain, discretionary leave to remain, humanitarian
protection); and - They are unable to access student finance (tuition fee or maintenance loan) due to their immigration status.
