The SIIT Scholarships Application Deadlines
The scholarship application deadline for SIIT is March 31, 2026, for semesters starting in September 2026 and September 30, 2026, for semesters starting in January 2027.

Eligibility Criteria for the SIIT Scholarships

How to Apply for the SIIT Scholarships?

- Documents required:
- A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)
- A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- An official transcript or a current transcript is also required. For a master’s degree application, a bachelor’s degree transcript with at least a GPA of 2.75 is required. Include the transcripts for your master’s and bachelor’s degrees with a 3.50 GPA with your doctoral application.
- Certificate of English proficiency test as one of the following (if any): – TOEFL (PBT 400+ or IBT 32+) – IELTS 4.5+ – TU-GET 400+ – TOEIC 500+. Remark: The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no certificate of an English proficiency test.
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
