The Bilkent University Scholarship will provide the recipient with the following benefits:
PhD Students
- Tuition waiver (950,000 TL/year for the academic year)
- Monthly stipend including housing support (total of 65,000 TL/month)

- Travel support (once a year, at a yearly-determined fixed amount) to attend scientific events
- The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/respected peer-reviewed conference
- 50% housing discount is available for students who do not have paid employment (applicable only to Ph.D. students)
MS students

Eligibility Criteria for the Bilkent University Scholarship
To qualify for the Bilkent University Scholarship, a candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- Required Language: English. TOEFL iBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 in each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
- Eligible Countries: All countries
- BSc graduates or MSc students need at least a 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
- If you are a Turkish citizen resident in Turkey, an ALES score of less than 55 (quantitative) is required.
- Otherwise, a GRE General Test score is required: 153 (quantitative). However, if you are off by a small margin and you have a strong background, we encourage you to apply.
